We ship via UPS or Fedex within the U.S. only.

Processing Time, Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you submit your order, you will receive an email within 48 hours. This email will contain a proforma invoice as well as a credit card authorization form. Any items that are not in stock will be reflected on the proforma invoice. Once the payment goes through, you will receive another email with your final invoice and tracking number(s). All orders are processed within 2-5 days after payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing any issues with your order, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there are further issues, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
The rates during checkout are ESTIMATED. The exact shipping rates will be stated on the proforma invoice that will be emailed to you after you submit your order.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
